It's alright. People are nice and helpful. Work is much more interesting than in Macae, it much be taken far more seriously, and it demands,much more responsibilty.
The only big issue is, I often feel like I'm prisoned in the office. Morning meeting everyday at 8 am, 1 hour lunch, and going home very very late everyday. Every other day.
