Oke, satu pertanyaan aja...
what will you do, when life feels so hard... when you feel like there's no way out... when you feel like a very high and thick wall stands before you... you can't walk through it, you can't jump over it... you're just stucked there... So helpless and tired...
Each night, you just can't sleep... too much things to think about... and you cry... but still can't sleep... until your body gives up, and forces your brain to lay down and orders your eyes to shut...
You feel so tired... waiting for a miracle to pass your way...
So, what will you do when you feel that way?

Party in NIT
Idenya bagus banget gue bilang, usulnya dari Fajar lhoh... Bayangin aja, semua orang (termasuk Dewi dan Indra) tau tentang acara ini, kecuali Nopi... Bener-bener cuman dia yang ga tau apa apa... huehehe...
Setelah potong kue dan makan malam, terus acara dilanjutkan ama ngobrol-ngobrol. Teruss... kita kan mau nungguin ampe jam 12 malem kan ya, eh... tiba2 jadi acara nyanyi-nyanyi gitu...
Psssttt, pas nyanyi lagu 'kemesraan' gue hampir menitikkan air mata lho... hihihi... ga pernah2nya gue kayak gitu...
I must stop seeing myself as the centre of the problems, right? And instead, try to look around and realize how precious all the time that I can spent with my dear friends here is.
Terima kasih Tuhan, udah ngasih ini semua buat aku... udah ngasih kesempatan ke aku untuk ngerasain such a blessing...

Janji Hati
Ketiga, gue GA MAU PEDULI ORANG MIKIR APA TENTANG GUE…
Try to love my self, sampai ke setiap bagian-bagian kecilnya… stop blaming myself for everything that had happened to me, and instead try to learn from my mistakes… Cause I'm worth it, aren't I?
Semoga ini ga cuma omongan doang ya… Semoga ini bisa selalu gue inget… InsyaAllah...

Use your time!
Diambil dari blognya [Pensil Patah]:
In a recent University of North Carolina research project, some 4,000 retired executives -- all age 70 or older -- were asked what they would change if they had a chance to do things over again. The majority said they would like to have realized earlier that time is a non-renewable asset and made better use of the time they were given.
I don't know about you folks, but that research report makes me relief: Hey I'm not alone hihi...! Now, not trying to be a smart-wise-ass here, but I found an interesting article about the efficient time management (oh not that again) from Jeff Zbar, a home-based journalist who specializes in alternative officing and small-business technology and marketing issues, that I'd like to share with you. He suggests following the three P's to boost your time management:
Plan. Sketch out your day and week early to avoid wasting time along the way. Prioritize important projects and set realistic deadlines for them
Prioritize. Ask yourself what the most valuable use of your time is. Ask what you should do that will give you the greatest return.
Perform. Stick to your assessment. Don't squeeze in more "important" projects, knowing you'll have to scramble to meet deadlines or possibly beg for an extension.
The next thing is to note the productivity peaks and valleys throughout each day by doing the "Day mapping", or tracking the highest, most effective time in your day. Some people -- not me-- for instance, are most creative in the morning, so they'll use those hours for productive or creative processes and leave the other part of day doing something less demanding like having interaction with others during the day or doing their routine tasks during "business hours". By doing this we can perform well to ensure that we're operating at peak efficiency for the most challenging tasks and in the end wouldn't have to spoil the other enjoyment of the day by working over hours. I know it sounds cliche, but perhaps this would help to avoid repeating the same mistakes that those former executives wish they could have avoided, because like it or not, time is indeed the one commodity that we can't create more of, and hence must be wisely used of.

But, he is surely a nice writer. I think his name is Dion (in case you read this, salam kenal ya Dion… hehe…)
Baca deh blognya yang tentang 'perjalanan'. Cara berceritanya bagus bangett…
Jadi inget, Ayah pernah bilang supaya aku bikin catatan perjalanan tiap pergi-pergi…

But for now… Let me enjoy my simple life… :D
Tadi bangun cukup pagi, jam 09.05. Janjian sama Irene jam 09.30, and I got there at 09.35… hehe 5 minutes late. She was on the phone, and I had to wait for another 5 minutes. Which made my guilty feeling of being 5 minutes late totally disappeared… :D
Today I had an appointment with her regarding safety rules in labs. Because I'm a new Hiwi in the department, she has to explain some things to me. And she did it very well. She didn't mind to explain everything to me in English (and she speaks very good English too!). She explained every single detail clearly, and she showed me everything. Haha… I think I still can remember some things…
'You're not allowed to work alone in the lab. You should work during daytime, when there are people around, so they can help you if something happens.'
'Always use hand gloves when you work in the lab. When the hand gloves become contaminated with chemicals, quickly take them off, and put on a new pair. If you use the gloves too long, your hands will sweat. When this happen, your skin pores will become larger and chemicals can get inside your body more easily. So, you should take off the gloves after some time. Or else, you can use a special lotion before you put on the gloves.' (aha… they do pay attention to skin care here… :) that's so nice… hehe)
'Always use shoes.' (Sure, there's no way I will use sandals at this time of year :P)
'TBT is considered toxic. If you're working with TBT, then you should give extra care about this.' (man, I think I AM working with TBT)
'Avoid chemicals to get into contact with your eyes. Most of the chemicals, for example bases, are harmful for eyes. Always use safety glasses, and in fact I will give you one.' (Err... Can I have one that can fit well with my flat nose?? hahaha…)
'There's some powder that you can use when you spill a large amount of chemicals on the floor. It will absorbed the liquid solution, and then you can simply collect the dry powder and throw it into a special container we have here.' (really? Sounds cool… what kind of powder is that? Can I have a try? *wink wink*)
Just want to say this: I'm amazed that the explanation is so clear and detail. I mean, I'm sure she has to do this quite often, but she doesn't take this as a boring-routine-not so important task. She treated me professionally… Gee… Thanks…

Penting untuk diingat
Just a thought that came up today… hope this thought can remind me later on in my life…
A lesson learned today. Don’t you ever rely your happiness on anyone, whoever he/she is for you. Don’t you ever look for happiness in anyone, cause happiness comes from inside you…
Don’t you ever let anybody have the power to control your feelings…
You have the total control of yourself, not any other person. You can make yourself feel happy, sad, lonely, disappointed, etc… depending on your own decision…
When you are sad, tired, and full of problems, don’t expect (nor demand!) other people to comfort you… That will only make you feel disappointed and wounded. Especially when you found out that after you whined and spoiled all your troubles out, you didn’t get the reaction or the comfort that you’d expected…
I should keep this in mind… even when I’m married someday… I should hold on to this… Achieve true independence, ndri!
